In Person Registration
Print the required documents (below) and bring them to school after you have completed them. You will need a withdraw packet and last report card from the previous school. If you register in person, the documents will be copied and returned to you.
Online Registration
For online registration, click on the documents below and complete them. Upload the Birth Certificate and residency forms to the Parent Portal and e-mail the remaining forms to [email protected]. Please add your child’s name to the subject line.
